Witchcraft
Short one today. Everyone studying in the Fine Arts dept. was recently given a blank CD with which to make a contemporary piece that will be publicly displayed on the 8th, I think. Unclear? We're to make an artwork out of the CD itself - we can draw on it, smash it and rebuild it into something else, warp it with heat, whatever. Since display space is limited to more or less a broom cupboard, you can opt to submit a photo of your piece.

Thoughts:
1. What a bog of an assignment.
2. You give the impression that you're supposed to actually do something TO the CD, but your entry seems to be solely the floating aspect? That's less opting to submit a photo of your piece and more the photo BEING the piece.
3. The drawing looks the same as last time! Bollocks to you sir! Bollocks!
Rebuttal:
1. Perhaps at first glance, but it's pretty open ended. The only real downside was that it was delivered as a compulsory task. Perhaps it's just your imagination that is the bog!
2. Yeah, I'm not completely sure if this is what they had in mind. I'll just grin and say that I was being ironic.
3. While the pictures don't betray very much detail, it's still clearly not the same! I recommend you visit your nearest spectacle outlet!
